Experience and skills required for the job

-	Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
-	 Four 4 Years Experience Required in the same field
-	Expert computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the advanced use of spread sheets and electronic presentations.
-	 Effective oral and written communication skills.
-	Excellent business English skills – written and verbal is mandatory.

Job duties

o	Acting on behalf of the HR manager in case he is not present.
o	Assist the HR Manager in developing and updating the policy and procedure 
o	Implementing policies, procedures, rules, and regulations pertaining to personnel transactions in accordance with the approved Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
o	Maintain and update the employee’s files in compliance with applicable requirements.
o	Handle the recruitment process from building up pool of candidates, screening cvs, conducting interviews and tests, and handling the hiring and orientation procedures.
o	Full knowledge of HRDF systems and procedures.
o	Full knowledge of GOSI systems and procedures.
